By creating an account, using the app, or visiting our website, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

OnlyCampus provides a student-first platform that brings courses, planning, schedules, events, and community into one place. The service helps you stay organized, connected, and on track with your studies. It is not a substitute for official university systems, academic advising, or institutional communication channels.

OnlyCampus; dersleri, planlamayı, programları, etkinlikleri ve topluluğu tek bir yerde bir araya getiren öğrenci odaklı bir platform sunar. Hizmet, düzenli kalmanıza, bağlantıda olmanıza ve çalışmalarınızla uyumlu ilerlemenize yardımcı olur. Resmi üniversite sistemlerinin, akademik danışmanlığın veya kurumsal iletişim kanallarının yerini tutmaz.

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use OnlyCampus. If you are under 18, use should be with parental or guardian awareness. By using the service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

OnlyCampus'u kullanmak için en az 13 yaşında olmanız (veya bulunduğunuz yargı bölgesindeki asgari yaşı karşılamanız) gerekmektedir. 18 yaşın altındaysanız, ebeveyn veya veli bilgisiyle kullanmanız önerilir. Hizmeti kullanarak bu gereksinimleri karşıladığınızı beyan etmiş olursunuz.

You agree to use OnlyCampus only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm others or our systems.

You may not:

Share your account or use another person's account without permission
Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm others, or use the service for bullying or hate speech
Reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws
Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service without our written consent
Use automated means (bots, scripts) to access the service except where we explicitly allow it

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these rules. We may also report illegal activity to the relevant authorities.

OnlyCampus'u yalnızca yasal amaçlarla ve başkalarına ya da sistemlerimize zarar vermeyecek biçimde kullanmayı kabul edersiniz.

Aşağıdakileri yapamazsınız:

Hesabınızı başkasıyla paylaşmak veya izinsiz olarak başkasının hesabını kullanmak
Başkalarını taciz etmek, istismar etmek, tehdit etmek veya zarar vermek; hizmeti zorbalık ya da nefret söylemi amacıyla kullanmak
Sistemlerimizi veya verilerimizi tersine mühendislikle incelemeye, veri toplamaya, aşırı yük bindirmeye ya da yetkisiz erişim sağlamaya çalışmak
Hizmeti yasadışı herhangi bir amaç için veya geçerli yasaları ihlal ederek kullanmak
Yazılı onayımız olmaksızın hizmeti yeniden satmak, alt lisans vermek veya ticari amaçla kullanmak
Açıkça izin verilen durumlar dışında hizmete erişmek için otomatik araçlar (botlar, komut dosyaları) kullanmak

Bu kuralları ihlal etmeniz durumunda erişiminizi askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz. Yasadışı faaliyetleri ilgili makamlara da bildirebiliriz.

Your privacy is important to us. How we collect, use, and protect your data is described in our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our in-app settings. By using OnlyCampus, you consent to such processing in line with those policies.

Gizliliğiniz bizim için önemlidir. Verilerinizi nasıl topladığımız, kullandığımız ve koruduğumuz Gizlilik Politikamızda ve geçerli olduğu durumlarda uygulama içi ayarlarımızda açıklanmıştır. OnlyCampus'u kullanarak, bu politikalarla uyumlu şekilde işleme onay vermiş olursunuz.

If OnlyCampus offers paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases:

Pricing: Prices and currency are shown at the point of purchase. We may change prices with notice; existing subscriptions are not affected until renewal unless otherwise stated.
Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel in your device's subscription settings (App Store or Google Play).
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled according to the platform's policy (Apple App Store or Google Play). Contact us for billing issues; we will assist in line with platform rules.
Free trials: If we offer a free trial, you may be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before that date. We will clearly state the trial length and renewal terms at sign-up.

If there are no paid features at the time you use the service, these terms will apply if we introduce them later.

Current Subscription Plans

OnlyCampus offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans:

OnlyCampus Premium Yearly: 1-year subscription, auto-renews annually. Price: ₺499.99 / year (Turkey). Prices in other regions are shown at the time of purchase in the App Store or Google Play.
OnlyCampus Premium Monthly: 1-month subscription, auto-renews monthly. Price: ₺49.99 / month (Turkey). Prices in other regions are shown at the time of purchase in the App Store or Google Play.

Payment will be charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's account settings at any time.

OnlyCampus ücretli özellikler, abonelikler veya uygulama içi satın almalar sunuyorsa:

Fiyatlandırma: Fiyatlar ve para birimi satın alma noktasında gösterilir. Bildirimde bulunarak fiyatları değiştirebiliriz; mevcut abonelikler, aksi belirtilmedikçe yenilemeye kadar etkilenmez.
Yenileme: Abonelikler, yenileme tarihinden önce iptal edilmedikçe her dönem sonunda otomatik olarak yenilenir. Yönetim veya iptal için cihazınızın abonelik ayarlarını (App Store veya Google Play) kullanabilirsiniz.
İptal: İstediğiniz zaman iptal edebilirsiniz. İptal işlemi gelecekteki ücretleri durdurur; erişiminiz mevcut fatura döneminin sonuna kadar sürer.
İadeler: İade talepleri, platformun politikasına (Apple App Store veya Google Play) göre işleme alınır. Fatura sorunları için bizimle iletişime geçin; platform kuralları çerçevesinde yardımcı olacağız.
Ücretsiz Denemeler: Ücretsiz deneme sunuyorsak, belirtilen süre içinde iptal etmezseniz deneme bitiminde ücretlendirilebilirsiniz. Deneme süresi ve yenileme koşulları kayıt sırasında açıkça belirtilecektir.

Hizmeti kullandığınız sırada ücretli özellik bulunmuyorsa, ilerleyen süreçte sunulması halinde bu şartlar geçerli olacaktır.

Mevcut Abonelik Planları

OnlyCampus aşağıdaki otomatik yenilenen abonelik planlarını sunmaktadır:

OnlyCampus Premium Yıllık: 1 yıllık abonelik, her yıl otomatik olarak yenilenir. Fiyat: ₺499,99 / yıl (Türkiye). Diğer bölgelerdeki fiyatlar satın alma sırasında App Store veya Google Play'de gösterilir.
OnlyCampus Premium Aylık: 1 aylık abonelik, her ay otomatik olarak yenilenir. Fiyat: ₺49,99 / ay (Türkiye). Diğer bölgelerdeki fiyatlar satın alma sırasında App Store veya Google Play'de gösterilir.

Ödeme, satın alma onayında App Store veya Google Play hesabınıza yansıtılır. Aboneliğiniz, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik olarak yenilenir. Aboneliğinizi istediğiniz zaman cihazınızın hesap ayarlarından yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz.

Prices for any paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases are subject to change at any time. We will notify you of any price changes at least 1 month (30 days) in advance before the new price takes effect. Notice will be provided via email, in-app notification, or another prominent method.

If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new price comes into effect. Continued use of the service after a price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new price.

Ücretli özellikler, abonelikler veya uygulama içi satın almalar için fiyatlar her an değiştirilebilir. Yeni fiyatın yürürlüğe girmesinden en az 1 ay (30 gün) öncesinde sizi bilgilendireceğiz. Bildirim; e-posta, uygulama içi bildirim veya başka belirgin bir yöntemle yapılacaktır.

Bir fiyat değişikliğini kabul etmiyorsanız, yeni fiyat yürürlüğe girmeden önce aboneliğinizi iptal edebilirsiniz. Fiyat değişikliğinin yürürlüğe girmesinin ardından hizmeti kullanmaya devam etmeniz, yeni fiyatı kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

The student (user) is solely and entirely responsible for any content they create, upload, share, or otherwise make available on the OnlyCampus platform. This includes but is not limited to: notes, course materials, messages, profile information, comments, and any other user-generated content.

By submitting content to the platform, you represent and warrant that:

You own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit
Your content does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights (including intellectual property rights)
Your content does not contain harmful, offensive, defamatory, or illegal material

OnlyCampus reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms or applicable law, and to suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly or seriously breach this responsibility. We are not liable for any content submitted by users.

Öğrenci (kullanıcı), OnlyCampus platformunda oluşturduğu, yüklediği, paylaştığı veya başka bir şekilde kullanıma sunduğu tüm içerikten yalnızca ve tamamen sorumludur. Bu durum; notlar, ders materyalleri, mesajlar, profil bilgileri, yorumlar ve diğer kullanıcı tarafından oluşturulan içerikler dahil ancak bunlarla sınırlı olmamak üzere tüm içerikleri kapsar.

Platforma içerik göndererek aşağıdakileri beyan ve taahhüt etmiş olursunuz:

Gönderdiğiniz içeriğe sahip olduğunuzu veya gerekli haklara sahip olduğunuzu
İçeriğinizin geçerli herhangi bir yasayı veya üçüncü taraf haklarını (fikri mülkiyet hakları dahil) ihlal etmediğini
İçeriğinizin zararlı, saldırgan, karalayıcı veya yasadışı materyal içermediğini

OnlyCampus, bu şartları veya geçerli yasaları ihlal eden içerikleri kaldırma ve bu sorumluluğu tekrar tekrar ya da ağır biçimde ihlal eden kullanıcıların hesaplarını askıya alma veya sonlandırma hakkını saklı tutar. Kullanıcılar tarafından gönderilen hiçbir içerikten sorumlu değiliz.

We will act on objectionable content reports within 24 hours by removing the content and ejecting the user who provided the offending content.

Uygunsuz içerik bildirimlerini 24 saat içinde değerlendireceğiz: bildirilen içeriği kaldıracak ve söz konusu içeriği sağlayan kullanıcıyı platformdan çıkaracağız.

OnlyCampus is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every situation. The service does not provide academic, legal, or official institutional advice. Schedules, course data, and features are for planning and convenience only. For official academic matters, deadlines, or emergencies, contact your institution or local services. We are not responsible for decisions made based on information shown in the app.

OnlyCampus "olduğu gibi" sunulmaktadır. Hizmetin kesintisiz, hatasız veya her durum için uygun olacağını garanti etmiyoruz. Hizmet akademik, hukuki veya resmi kurumsal tavsiye sunmamaktadır. Programlar, ders verileri ve özellikler yalnızca planlama ve kolaylık amaçlıdır. Resmi akademik konular, son tarihler veya acil durumlar için kurumunuzla ya da yerel hizmetlerle iletişime geçiniz. Uygulamada gösterilen bilgilere dayanarak alınan kararlardan sorumlu değiliz.

To the extent permitted by law, OnlyCampus and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months before the claim.

Yasanın izin verdiği ölçüde, OnlyCampus ve iştirakleri, hizmetin kullanımından kaynaklanan dolaylı, arızi veya sonuçsal zararlardan sorumlu değildir. Toplam sorumluluğumuz, talep öncesindeki on iki ay içinde bize ödediğiniz tutarla (varsa) sınırlıdır.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the revised terms on this page and update the "Effective date" or "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. For material changes, we may notify you via email or in-app message where required by law.

Bu şartları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Revize edilmiş şartları bu sayfada yayınlayacak ve "Yürürlük tarihi" veya "Son güncelleme" tarihini değiştireceğiz. Değişikliklerin ardından hizmeti kullanmaya devam etmek yeni şartları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States (or, if applicable, the laws of Türkiye), without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Texas, United States, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country (e.g. Türkiye) require otherwise.

If you are in the European Union or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer rights, those rights remain unaffected.

Bu Şartlar, çatışma hukuku ilkeleri gözetilmeksizin, Amerika Birleşik Devletleri Texas Eyaleti hukuku (veya geçerliyse Türkiye hukuku) uyarınca yönetilecektir. Bu Şartlardan veya hizmetten doğan anlaşmazlıklar, zorunlu tüketici koruma yasalarının (örn. Türkiye) aksi gerektirmediği sürece, ABD Texas Eyaleti mahkemelerinin münhasır yargı yetkisine tabi olacaktır.

Avrupa Birliği'nde veya zorunlu tüketici haklarına sahip başka bir yargı bölgesindeyseniz, bu haklar etkilenmez.
